DWTC is set to host flagship exhibitions and conferences across diverse industries in October

Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) is set to host a diverse line up of national and international exhibitions and conferences this October across key industries including technology, sustainability, healthcare, HR, education, and beauty.

October’s event agenda brings together global leaders, experts, innovators, and decision-makers from around the world at large-scale exhibitions and conferences such as DWTC’s flagship mega event, GITEX Global, the world’s largest tech and startup show, alongside a diverse line-up of specialised events such as WETEX, the World Green Economy Summit, and Beautyworld Middle East, among others. October’s event line-up at DWTC features:

Water, Energy, Technology, and Environment Exhibition (WETEX): 30 September – 2 October

Themed “Empowering Global Action: Unlocking Opportunities and Advancing Progress,” the 2025 edition of Water, Energy, Technology, and Environment Exhibition (WETEX) is the region’s largest platform dedicated to sustainability and clean energy technology. Organised by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), the 37th edition of the event is set to draw more than 50,000 attendees from 60 countries. With a programme of seminars, panel discussions and networking sessions, WETEX offers sustainable businesses and brands direct access to decision-makers, opportunities for strategic partnerships, and insights into the latest innovations shaping the sector.

World Green Economy Summit (WGES): 1–2 October

Celebrating its milestone 10th edition, WGES will unite global leaders, policymakers, and sustainability experts to address urgent climate challenges. Organised by the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy, DEWA, and the World Green Economy Organization (WGEO), the summit will spotlight sustainability in aviation, agriculture and AI.

Najah Exhibition: 5–7 October

Now in its 19th edition, Najah is the region’s premier higher education fair, connecting more than 200 universities and colleges worldwide with students and parents. The event offers direct engagement, networking, and access to exclusive scholarship opportunities. Alongside pavilions dedicated to international study options, visitors can attend 30+ expert-led seminars to make informed academic decisions.

AccessAbilities Expo: 6–8 October

The Middle East’s leading exhibition dedicated to supporting People of Determination, AccessAbilities Expo welcomes over 270 exhibitors from 50 countries. Held under the patronage of HH Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, the event unites businesses, communities, caregivers, and advocates to drive innovation in accessibility. Spread across three days, it will feature conferences, workshops, and panel discussions on workplace inclusion, accessible travel, and inclusive education, offering a platform for sharing best practices and showcasing the latest assistive technologies.

AgraME: 6–7 October

The largest agricultural trade show in the Middle East, AgraME hosts over 6,000 attendees and 150+ exhibitors from 180 countries. Co-located with AgroFarm, VetME, HortiME, AquaME and AgraME Fresh, the event explores innovation across horticulture, vertical farming, aquaculture, veterinary products, and regenerative agriculture. Participants can discover new solutions, engage in interactive sessions, and access knowledge-sharing conferences driving the future of sustainable agriculture.

Forex Expo 2025: 6–7 October

A hub for collaboration and knowledge-sharing in global finance, Forex Expo brings together brokers, investors, traders, and fintech providers. With more than 7,000 attendees from 120 countries expected, the three-day gathering includes keynote speakers, expert panels, exhibitions of the latest trading technologies, and multiple networking opportunities.

GITEX Global: 13–17 October

Returning for its 45th edition, GITEX Global is the world’s largest technology and startup show. Spanning more than 40 exhibition halls, it will spotlight breakthroughs in AI, health tech, fintech, smart cities, cybersecurity and more. The event attracts global leaders, investors and innovators, creating a platform for transformative business opportunities. From AI’s role in sustainability and mobility to the latest in startup innovation, the five-day showcase is a celebration of how technology is reshaping industries and societies worldwide.

HR Summit & Expo 2025: 21–22 October

The region’s premier HR event, HR Summit & Expo 2025 will welcome 4,500 attendees from 35 countries. With over 120 expert speakers and 70+ solution providers, the summit will tackle the Future of Work, HR Technology, and Artificial Intelligence. Over 65 free seminars and demos will offer Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities, while the exhibition highlights innovations shaping the future of human capital management.

International Family Medicine Conference & Exhibition: 21–23 October

In its 12th edition, the IFM Conference and Exhibition brings together primary healthcare professionals with advanced, inclusive and accessible healthcare. The three-day programme will feature conferences, workshops and exhibitions attended by health administrators, researchers, scientists, and pharmaceutical manufacturers, emphasising the role of family medicine in community health.

Annual Radiology Meeting (ARM) 2025: 21–23 October

Marking its 10th edition, ARM is the Middle East’s premier radiology gathering. The event brings radiologists, researchers, and healthcare professionals together for scientific tracks, radiology-focused exhibitions, and practical workshops. With the latest technologies and expert-led sessions, ARM provides a vital platform for advancing radiology and public health.



Healthcare Future Summit 2025: 21–23 October

The 2025 edition will explore innovations in vaccines, global disease control, and cancer therapeutics, alongside AI’s role in vaccine R&D and supply chains. Additionally, it will explore antimicrobial resistance and emerging diseases. Gathering global health leaders and scientists, the summit aims to address barriers in vaccine access and innovation, shaping the future of global healthcare.

Arab Reading Challenge 2025: 23 October

Celebrating its 10th edition, the Arab Reading Challenge has seen the participation of more than 32 million students from 50 countries. Recognising outstanding schools, supervisors, and international students, the event will feature musical performances, dynamic segments, and the attendance of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and VIP guests marking it as a key cultural celebration of literacy and learning.

Beautyworld Middle East: 27–29 October

The 29th edition of Beautyworld Middle East, the region’s largest beauty showcase, brings together industry leaders, retailers, creatives, and manufacturers. From immersive demos in hair, nails, makeup, and fragrance to country pavilions and live competitions, the event is a true celebration of creativity and innovation in the global beauty industry. The event also features the prestigious Beautyworld Middle East Awards, which honour outstanding local and international talent in the beauty space.
