Mansoor bin Mohammed visits field hospital set up by Dubai Health in the Burj Khalifa area

His Highness Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice Chairman of Dubai Health, today visited Dubai Health’s dedicated field hospital in the Burj Khalifa area to serve the public during New Year’s festivities in Dubai. The field hospital is manned by a team of 96 medical professionals with expertise in various specialties.

His Highness praised the efforts of Dubai Health and the team tasked with attending to medical needs of people during the New Year celebrations in Dubai. His Highness also commended Dubai Health for the comprehensive plan it had put in place to meet any medical situations that could arise during festivities, including providing all necessary resources and a field hospital at the main location of the New Year’s celebrations in the emirate, in Downtown Dubai.

The field hospital also facilitates timely medical assistance and swift response during potential medical emergencies that might arise during the celebration, which is set to attract thousands of revellers from all around the world.

Dubai Health’s readiness plan addresses healthcare requirements and emergency response situations across the various locations of the New Year’s celebration, in collaboration with the Dubai’s Events Security Committee, to deliver excellent healthcare services and ensure the safety of everyone during the annual celebrations.
