uae|11 November, 2021 Skyview Grandstand open for public at Dubai Airshow

Dubai Airshow 2021 will welcome members of the general public, families and children to witness the daily flying display from the purpose-built Skyview Grandstand, at Dubai World Central, Al Maktoum International Airport, the home of the Airshow, taking place from November 14-18.

The flying teams include Al Fursan, the United Arab Emirates Air Force aerobatic display team; Russian Knights by the Russian Air Force; Surya Kiran, the aerobatics demonstration team of the Indian Air Force; Sarang, the helicopter air display team of the Indian Air Force; and the Saudi Falcons, a BAE Hawk-equipped Royal Saudi Air Force aerobatic team.

Tarsus Middle East Managing Director Timothy Hawes said: “We are looking forward to welcoming members of the general public to watch and enjoy the spectacular flying display at the Airshow. The Skyview Grandstand guarantees a perfect view from right beside the runway and for aviation photographers – the perfect picture.”

Visiting the Skyview Grandstand will be an opportunity to see some of the world’s military fighter jets and large commercial aircraft, reserved usually for people in the aviation industry. Tickets are free but numbers are limited.

There will be free shuttle buses operating from Expo 2020 Dubai and Ibn Battuta Metro stations. The Grandstand will be open from 1.00 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. from November 14-18. Access for the general public will be limited to the Skyview area and not the main Airshow exhibition hall.
