GDRFA Dubai launches a new service to “Amer” call center services package

The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai has launched new service to be added to the Amer call center services package. The new service enables customers to communicate directly with GDRFA Dubai to follow up on their returned transactions due to deficiencies or lack of documents to complete their transactions in faster way.

 

H.E Major General Mohammed Al Marri Director General of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai said, this step comes as translations of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, to be the best in the world in term of the services provided, it also comes out of GDRFA Dubai keenness to achieve customer’s happiness and provide its services in an easy and fast way.

 

“GDRFA Dubai seeks to develop its services continuously by providing the latest methods used to communicate directly with the customers and answering all their questions and inquiries, which contributes to raising their happiness.” Al Marri added.

 

H.E Al Marri praise the efforts and quick response by “Amer” contact center team to answer customers calls.

 

On his part, Colonel Dr. Omar Al Shamsi, Assistant Director General of Entry and Residence Permits sector said, “a translation of the directions of the high management in GDRFA Dubai to provide high-quality services to the customer. We were keen to allocate a distinguished cadre from the Entry and Residence Permits Sector under the supervision and follow up of lieutenant Colonel Ali Malalla, Deputy Assistant Director of Entry and Residence Permits Sector to respond to the customers through “Amer” call center, which contributes to activating the provision of this service efficiently.”

 

Major Salem bin Ali, Director of Amer Happiness Customers Department at GDRFA Dubai clarified that “Amer” contact center team concerned with receiving comments, suggestions, and inquiries works to notify the customer about the required documents to complete his transaction, either through one of Amer centers in Dubai or through the GDRFA Dubai website (gdrfad.gov.ae) or GDRFA Dubai smart app. The service also allows setting an appointment visit for a customer at the request of the responsible officer whenever necessary.

 

“This new service will allow the customer to complete transactions that require additional documents or update some documents faster.” Bin Ali said.

 

Amer call center

Amer call center operates 24 hours all through the week responds to all inquiries and notes of customers on the toll-free number 8005111 from inside the country or on the number +97143139999 from outside the country or through the email (amer@dnrd.ae).

Amer centers

Amer centers across the emirates of Dubai considered the approved-model for services centers in Dubai that allows residents to complete all visa and residency transactions under a single roof. These centers provide services ranging from issuing entry permits, issuing or renewing residency visas, visa cancellation, changing the residence to a new passport, short and long visit visa, extending the validity of visa on arrival, along with the Establishment services and other related services.
