UAE Cabinet approves formation of Emirates Healthcare Establishment’s board

The UAE Cabinet, chaired by Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, approved a decision to form the board of directors of Emirates Healthcare Establishment chaired by Under Secretary of Ministry of Health and Prevention, Mohammed Saleem Alolamaa.

The board members of the Emirates Healthcare Services Establishment also includes representatives of various government entities and youth representatives. Over the next period, the board will focus on developing policies, strategies and initiatives related to healthcare sector, as well as proposing legislations to develop healthcare services in the country.

The Emirates Healthcare Services Establishment was launched to enhance efficiency of the federal healthcare sector in the country, through providing healthcare services, taking precautionary measures and combating pandemic outbreaks and diseases, among others.
