Dubai Press Club DirectorMaitha BuHumaid comes with an extensive experience of 18 years, working for major government entities focusing on media, strategic marketing, branding and corporate communication. Prior joining Government of Dubai Media Office, Maitha worked as an Executive Director for Marketing and Corporate Communication at Dubai Creative Clusters Authority, and Head of Marketing and Corporate Communication department at The Prime Minister’s Office among other positions. Maitha holds BA degree in Business Administration, and master degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and currently preparing PhD in Quality Management at Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University. She also graduated from Future Leaders Program and Women Leadership Program.

Corporate Support DirectorAbdulla Ahmad Al Mansoori holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Northeastern University. Prior to joining the Government of Dubai Media Office in 2013, he served as Chief Executive Director at DIFC-LCIA, Finance Director at DIFC Authority and Investment Director at DIFC Investments. Abdulla has 18 years of experience in managing assets, building strategic partnerships, directing companies and working on key infrastructure development projects, such as, Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Dubai Science Park and others. Al Mansouri is passionate about learning and acquiring new skills.

Nehal Badri

Brand Dubai DirectorNehal Badri , Director of Brand Dubai, the creative arm of the Government of Dubai Media Office (GDMO). In this role, she leads Brand Dubai’s creative projects aimed at realising the leadership’s vision to transform Dubai into an open-air art museum. Nehal also steers Brand Dubai’s innovative initiatives aimed at telling the story of Dubai’s unique culture, values, identity and aspirations. Previously, Nehal headed GDMO’s Strategy Management & Governance department. She is a certified board director accredited by Hawkamah and has over 10 years’ experience in the public sector. She obtained her BFA in Boston, Massachusetts and her Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from the Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government.

He has several years of journalistic experiences during which he served as TV anchor and editor-in-chief for UAE news. Prior to joining the Media Office on February 3, 2013, he served Dubai Media Incorporated for 11 years, covering many international events, summits and conferences and a range of topics including the economy, society, tourism, politics and culture.

Strategic Media Affairs DirectorNoora Al Abbar has 17 years of experience in strategic communications and business development management in the government sector in a range of fields including real estate, finance, entertainment, luxury and corporate governance. She holds an MA in Diplomacy and International Relations from the Emirates Diplomatic Academy (EDA). Noora has led several strategic initiatives to consolidate Dubai’s image in international markets by promoting strong engagement with global institutions, influencers and media.

Development & Excellence ManagerHind Baker Holds a bachelor’s degree in Administration from Northeastern university in the US. She joined the Strategy and Governance Department of GDMO in December 2015. Prior to joining the Media Office, Hind worked at BNP Baripas bank & Ernst & Young. She is currently doing her Masters Degree in Security and Strategic Studies at the National Defense College in Abu Dhabi.
