Mada Media Board of Directors appoints Mansoor Al Sabahi as Chief Executive Officer

The Board of Directors of Mada Media (PJSC), chaired by His Excellency Mattar Mohammed Al Tayer, has announced the appointment of Mansoor Al Sabahi as the company’s Chief Executive Officer.

Welcoming the appointment, His Excellency Mattar Al Tayer, Director General, Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), said: “I am pleased to announce the appointment of Mansoor Al Sabahi as the CEO of Mada Media, and I wish him success in his new role. The Board of Directors have full confidence in Al Sabahi’s leadership capabilities and distinguished experience, which position him to lead the company towards the strategic goals and objectives for which it was established.”

Outlining his immediate priorities, Al Sabahi said: “I am pleased and honoured to gain the trust of the Board of Directors, and to lead the company into its next growth phase. Our focus will be on strengthening the company’s role in the Out-Of-Home advertising sector to enhance the city’s aesthetic and sustainability in alignment with its global standing.

“Our efforts will focus on supporting the establishment of an integrated urban ecosystem that helps meet the goals of the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan by stimulating economic growth, creating exceptional investment opportunities, and strengthening partnerships with national and international investors. All of this aligns with our leadership’s vision and ambition for a more prosperous and sustainable future.”

Mada Media is a Private Joint-Stock Company (PJSC) established in September 2024 pursuant to Law No. (20) issued by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. The company is mandated to manage, organise and develop the Out-of-Home advertising sector and generate world-class investment opportunities while preserving Dubai’s vibrant aesthetic and achieving sustainability goals in line with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.

His Excellency Mattar Al Tayer chairs the company’s Board of Directors, with Hussein Mohammed Al Banna serving as Vice Chairman. The Board also includes Badr Ahmed Anwahi, Maryam Obaid Al Muhairi, Mohammed Yousef Al Mudharreb, Ahmed Hassan Mahboub, Moaza Saeed Al Marri, Shehab Hamad Bu Shehab, and Saeed Mohammed Al Marri.

Al Sabahi’s career is marked by notable achievements in the domains of finance, investment, and strategic governance. He worked with prestigious financial institutions before joining the Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai, where he served in several positions, going on to become the Director of the Commercial and Investment Department. His administrative planning expertise, strategic foresight, and exceptional communication skills helped him grow the RTA’s public-private partnership portfolio.
