GDRFA Dubai announces working hours during Eid Al Adha holiday

The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai has announced its operating hours during Eid Al-Adha holiday, scheduled from Saturday, June 15, to Tuesday, June 18, 2024.

The Customer Happiness Centre at Dubai International Airport, located in Terminal 3's Arrivals Hall, will continue to provide services 24/7.

Additionally, Al Aweer Customer Happiness Centre will operate from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily throughout the holiday period, ensuring the smooth completion of customer procedures.
The Directorate emphasised that its digital services offer smooth communication channels and transaction processing, saving time and effort.

It emphasised that maintaining operations during Eid Al Adha holiday aligns with GDRFA’s commitment to offering maximum flexibility and comfort, aiming to delight its customers with comprehensive digital services available around the clock.

Customers may direct all inquiries related to GDRFA’s transactions to "Amer" call centre service at the toll-free number 8005111, which also operates 24/7. Furthermore, the General Directorate encourages all customers to utilise the Dubai Now application and its official website at http://www.gdrfad.gov.ae to complete their transactions seamlessly.
