Dubai Customs donates 2,544 first aid items to Dubai Corporation Ambulance Services

As part of their efforts to serve humanitarian causes and the society, Dubai Customs’ Air Cargo Center Management donated 2,544 first aid items to the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services. The supplies are useful to help treat people with different injuries.

“The initiative is part of our social and humanitarian commitment at Dubai Customs, and providing these medical supplies is to confirm values of solidarity between government departments, and their relentless efforts in making people happier and safer,” said Salih Al Shamsi, Director, Air Cargo Center Management. “The whole world is facing a big challenge posed by the spread of the covid-19 pandemic, which requires all of us to work in tandem and lend a hand to all health corporations and organizations so that we can overcome the challenge together.

“Dubai Customs cooperates with relevant government departments to facilitate traffic of medical supplies without any delay, and we work together with our partners in Dubai Airports and Free zones to ensure safe and quick delivery of medical supplies towards a safer society following the wise vision of our leadership.”
