Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has sent congratulatory messages to Amir of Kuwait HH Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah on the successful surgery he recently underwent.
