HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD & CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) welcomed a delegation headed by HE Humaid Al Qutami, Director General, Dubai Health Authority (DHA), at Moro Hub (Data Hub Integrated Solutions), a wholly-owned subsidiary of DEWA. The visit aimed towards improving cooperation, developing partnerships, and discussing opportunities for strategic collaboration between the two parties.
The meeting was attended by Marwan Bin Haidar, Vice Chairman – Moro Hub (Data Hub Integrated Solutions); Matar Al Mehairi, Board Member of Moro Hub ; Mohammad Bin Sulaiman, CEO of Moro Hub; Ahmed Al Ketbi, Chief Information Security Officer of DEWA and Moro Hub; and Rashid Al Ahmedi, Chief Operating Officer at InfraX.
From DHA side, the meeting was attended by Fatima Abbas, CEO of Strategy and Corporate Development, Ahmed Al Nuaimi, CEO of Joint Corporate Support Services, Dr Mohammad Al Redha, Director of Project Management Office, Informatics and Smart Health, Amani Al Jassmi, Director of IT at the DHA.

By delivering exceptional solutions, Moro Hub serves as a valuable addition to the country’s digital infrastructure, which will help accelerate UAE Centennial 2071, which aims to make UAE the best country in the world by then,” said Al Tayer.
“In line with our vision to be the digital transformation hub of choice, Moro Hub is an incubator for creativity and innovation, which utilises artificial intelligence (AI) and futuristic technologies to develop integrated solutions for its clients. Through this visit, DHA will have a comprehensive overview of our services, that will help them enhance their efforts in providing best levels of healthcare and medical services,” added HE Al Tayer.
HE Al Tayer continued, “Moro Hub works in conjunction with the objectives of Dubai 10X initiative which propels the emirate towards the future, placing it 10 years ahead of other global cities through government innovation. As a Dubai 10X enabler, the Smart Cities Command and Control Centre provides a wide range of innovative services in Intelligent IoT Platforms, Cyber Security and Managed Services.”
During the visit, DHA delegation was briefed on Moro Hub’s integrated services including cloud, digital, cybersecurity, and professional and managed services, while they had a tour in Moro Hub’s world-class facility, and had a chance to explore the state-of-the-art Smart Cities Command and Control Centre that was inaugurated last month.
Al Qutami commended Moro Hub for enhancing Dubai’s international position as a global model in providing smart solutions through the deployment of best in class technologies, which aim to serve residents and achieve their happiness.
